SweatCode
You sat down to work. Now get up — and bring people with you.
Pick one rule: for every so many hours of coding, you move for so many minutes. Keep it with your family, your team, or whoever else is in the chair too long. You ride, they run, someone else lifts — it all counts on the same scale.
One rule, your ratio
Eight hours of coding for an hour of walking. Or four for twenty minutes. Nobody sets it but you.
Every sport counts
A ride, a swim, a lift and a walk all convert to the same points, so a cyclist and a walker can be on the same leaderboard honestly.
Together, or not at all
Challenges are free and can be private — the people most likely to keep you honest are usually already in your house.

What we can see
Your coding time reaches us as a hashed session id and a timestamp — never prompts, code, file paths, or repository names. Your workouts reach us as an activity and a duration. Everything anyone else sees is derived from those.
In a challenge, the others see whether you kept the period and how many you have kept in a row. Never a workout, never a day, never what you did.
1 point = 1 MET-minute. The formula is published and identical across every client. Nothing is ever blocked or locked — fall behind and you just make it up.
